It Was IHSW
Well, Hermit & Stitch #10, 2016 is in the books. How did your weekend go?
I'm quite happy with my progress. I worked on the rug I'm hooking and my latest cross stitch piece which actually was the plan! How did that happen?
The rug, which eventually should look like this
started the weekend here
and finished it here
in spite of the quality controllers who came to inspect the work and didn't want to leave.
The cross stitch which will end up like this
(a small pillow though, not a card) started the weekend here
and finished here.
Neither picture shows the fabric properly - it's a darkish green colour. I'm a happy stitcher tonight.

You have been very busy! Lookin' great!
Great update on both projects.
Great progress on the rug, your quality controller looks like he approves.
Love the new cross stitch design, that made me smile.
Excellent work on everything! Glad the rug is coming along. That makes me want to dig out mine. :)
Both of your projects look great. I will look forward to seeing the rug fill in. I have not tried rug hooking.
Nice progress on both your projects.
Great progress on both!!
Boy, you were busy - I love the rich colours of your latch hook rug.
I have never hooked a rug, I must try it.
Love your wip, I look forward to seeing them finished.
Blessings
Catherine
